Terms & Conditions

Effective date: February 26, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to services provided by CDA Septic Pumping (“we,” “us,” “our”). By requesting service, accepting a quote, scheduling an appointment, or paying an invoice, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide septic pumping and related services such as basic inspection notes, locating assistance, and service documentation. Service timing and feasibility depend on site access, weather, and system conditions.

Quotes and Scope

  • Quotes are based on the information provided (tank size, access, distance, and site conditions).
  • If conditions differ materially (buried lids, long hose runs, multiple compartments, unsafe access, etc.), we may adjust the price before proceeding.
  • If you request additional work beyond the quoted scope, it may be billed separately.

Scheduling and Access

  • You are responsible for providing safe access to the tank/lids and the service area (including pets, gates, and obstacles).
  • If we arrive and cannot access the system (locked gates, unsafe conditions, blocked driveway), a trip or cancellation fee may apply.
  • Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking, or no later than three (3) days before the scheduled service date. For appointments scheduled more than a week in advance, payment may be completed up to seven (7) days before the service date; however, payment must be received no later than three (3) days before service. For appointments scheduled within seven (7) days, payment is due at booking.

  • If payment is not received by the deadline, we may pause, reschedule, or cancel the appointment.
  • Any processing fees charged by payment providers may be non-refundable.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation fees are based on the base service amount (before add-ons).

  • More than 7 days before the appointment: full refund.
  • 2 to 6 business days notice: 25% cancellation fee.
  • Inside 2 business days: 50% cancellation fee.

If we have already incurred non-recoverable costs (e.g., special arrangements, permit fees, third-party charges), those may be deducted from any refund.

Photos and Documentation

We may take before-and-after photos for documentation and service records. We do not share identifiable customer information publicly without permission.

Text Messages and Communications

If you provide a phone number, you agree we may contact you by phone or SMS for scheduling, reminders, service updates, and billing-related messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

System Condition and Limitations

Septic systems vary widely. Pumping removes liquids and solids, but it does not repair failing components or guarantee system performance. We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden conditions, or failures that occur due to system age, improper design, root intrusion, collapsed lines, or other conditions beyond our control.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Privacy

Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
